Water Shader
First pass at the new water shader. I use the same texture animation technique as Leadwerks 4, but I upsampled the original seed image 2x with Gigapixel and generated 256 frames of animation instead of 128.
Currently I am seeing a lot of flashing in the specular light reflection. I think I will actually need to render lighting twice, once for each frame it is interpolating between, and combine the result, rather than interpolating the normal and calculating lighting on that.
