Looking forward to the release! I really enjoyed watching its progress over the last year and some change. I think your perpetual license model + updates will work out great for a smaller business like yours. It might not get a lot of initial sales, but if the engine works as expected here, and actually provides value, people have no problem paying for that and letting everyone know.
