same here exact same video card too. I regret buying a laptop with an ATI card. They dropped official support for their driver, the assholes. I am running on the open source now.

blender fbx is limited as fbx is a proprietary format, surrounded with license clauses that dont allow it's complete inclusion in blender i may be wrong of course. It seems like blender devs have found a way around this, as they have been improving fbx export a lot lately
