ocean
Please excuse my complete lack of knowledge on this subject... I have some experience modding for Doom3 and the original Thief titles and some modelling experience in Blender3d, but that's about it. How would a complete novice go about getting a Blender model with textures and all into Leadwerks? Do I have to worry about scaling at all? Thank you for your time. Quote Ubuntu 14.04 / 64bit. YouGroove
You can rescale in LE3 the mode by input values, the best would be to have the rights scale in Blender directly. Export your model to LE3 see how it is scaled compared to LE3 reference character like crawler , if it is too much big scale it down in Blender than re export. Lynix
Just found this video which may help with finding the perfect size for your models seen as leadwerks uses metric units changing blenders units to metric should speed things up. hope this helps http://cgcookie.com/blender/2010/06/24/tip-measurement-units/
