cassius
have just tried to re install leadwerks on steam using the indie reg number followed by the standard c++ reg number. I managed to get the indie version but not the c++ version I had before. It tells me to enter the number and press next but there is no next option, only finish which does nothing. Now its telling me I have had too many tries. How do I get my standard version back? Josh
You don't need to use a key again, ever. You just install it like you would any game on Steam. Josh
You just have to be signed into your account. It appears in your library, under Software. Guppy
I can see launch leadwerks but not install That would indicate that it is installed- try launching it and create a new project? Guppy
Putting it another way if you own STD version then you cannot install the indie version Quote System: Linux Mint 17 ( = Ubuntu 14.04 with cinnamon desktop ) Ubuntu 14.04, AMD HD 6850, i5 2500k
cassius
I tried to re install the standard version but only got the indie version. Theres no c++ option. That's the problem Is there no provision for a clean install. cassius
Heres a full explanation. I uninstalled leadwerks with the intention of getting a clean re install. To re install I used the reg number for indie version and then the reg number for std version but the second one did not install the std version and now I am stuck with indie version. I know c++ nt lua So is it possible to get back the std version? Guppy
The STD version is a dlc to the indie version usually dlc gets installed automatically, you may want to see if steam has an option to download the dlc ( not at the computer ATM) Quote System: Linux Mint 17 ( = Ubuntu 14.04 with cinnamon desktop ) Ubuntu 14.04, AMD HD 6850, i5 2500k
