Olby
http://www.leadwerks.com/werkspace/page/Company/press_kit.html [Edit] Actually that zip file is botched. I could only get the logo and Josh's photo. The other two files are 0 bytes in size. It should be just over 2MB and I got all four files inside ok (4.14MB total extracted).

Gloomshroud
Thank you, drarem! I was literally coming to the forums to ask this very question. The fact that we are allowed to NOT include the Leadwerks logo makes me want to include it. Represent! Is there anything legally ambiguous about this, by the way? EDIT: I was also able to access the press kit with no issues.
AnthonyPython
you don't have to say you used leadwerks,or use a splash image as your engine in your game, but a lot likes to try and expose the engines they like. Olby
I just tried it and it works now. Seems like it was a server issue. I even used online zip extraction (with direct link to the press kit). 2 Quote Intel Core i7 Quad 2.3 Ghz, 8GB RAM, GeForce GT 630M 2GB, Windows 10 (x64)

nick.ace
Is there anything legally ambiguous about this, by the way? I was wondering this too. What's the deal Josh?
gamecreator
What's the actual question? Are you allowed to use the logo in your projects without restriction?
