tjheldna
If the entities in your scene list longer than the view and you want to parent an object which inst on screen, you need to parent it to an object higher on the list.. scroll up parent to another object... scroll up, etc etc until the entity your after is listed on screen. This current method is real clunky, the bigger the scene the more frustrating it becomes. With an entity selected would expect that when your mouse hovers over the top and bottom regions of the list there would be some automatic scrolling of the scene browser. josk
This has been mentioned before and I think Josh is deciding what to do with the Scene browser rather than just attack bits one at a time. Its a pain at the moment though. Quote Elite Cobra Squad
shadmar
Always have a couple of pivots at the top. This way just select everything in the list down to your object and make it child of one of the top pivots. Move your object up in one go. Dechildify the pivot again. Clunky this too, but faster than your method Quote HP Omen - 16GB - i7 - Nvidia GTX 1060 6GB
josk
How do you Dechildify a pivot? Great word by the way. Quote Elite Cobra Squad
