Apo
Starting Leadwerks with e.g. awesomewm or dwm (even in floating mode) makes the splash screen flicker and move to the top left of the screen until you try to resize it, at which point it changes to a maybe 3x20 pixel window. Then you'll be left with a big window with something looking like an empty toolbar titled "Leadwerks Editor - <untitled>", the tiny window that's now titled "<untitled>", and two about 1 by 1 px windows for the Project Manager and New Project window. The awesomewm config is the default, so this should be easily reproducable, but if not I'll gladly help debugging this.
Josh
We only support the default UI / window manager on Ubuntu. If we were to get away from that, it would be too much to try to handle. Apo
That's a shame. Guess I'll just get a refund, then. That's a shame. Guess I'll just get a refund, then.
Josh
The system requirements state that Ubuntu 14.04 64-bit is the official supported distro. If we tried to support every possible configuration, Linux support would be impossible. 1 Quote My job is to make tools you love, with the features you want, and performance you can't live without. Please don't come up with this like author should feel guilty that editor does not work on tiling window manager. Leadweks works not just on Ubuntu or Ubuntu default window manager so there is quite a lot of flexibility.
mrmangosir
Leadwerks works on here on Manjaro (Quick install Arch distro) with XFCE, Gnome 3, KDE and MATE for me. Those are the environments I have used with Leadwerks. Leadwerks has worked on Mint/Cinamon for me before. It's worked on Ubuntu Unity of course for me. Infact KDE/Fedora 21 too.... Fact is, it does work very well on other distros and DE's too. So... yeah.
