Failed to initialize graphycs your graphics hardware may not be supported

hello so on the winter sale I just installed

 

Leadwerks Game Engine: Indie Edition version 4.0

 

 

and first of all it got installed and on my desktop for some weird reason it shows earth i don't know if this normal but I just wanted to get it out there, then I click on it from my desktop and it says

 

The target "" of this internet Shortcut is not valid. Go to the internet Shortcut property sheet and make sure the target is correct.

 

( I don't know what to do or what that means ) then I just go on steam and launch it from there and it opens and I make a new project and it doesn't respond but then it works and I click ok and then it says

 

Failed to initialize graphics. Please ensure your graphics hardware is compatible and install new graphics drivers.

 

Again...(I don't know what to do or what it means)

 

Please help I waited for the winter sale and paid a good $20 bucks and I don't want my money to go to waste

Do you know what your graphics card is? LE4 requires a graphics card that can handle OpenGL4.
