cassius
Hi Whats the best way to do a light that flashes on and off quickly. I tried Show and Hide functions but nothing showed. Slastraf
There is a flicker script in the leadwerks folders ?alternatively you can set the color to black and back to white again, when its black no light will appear
thehankinator
Have you tried SetIntensity()? That's what the flicker script uses, worked for me. http://www.leadwerks.com/werkspace/page/api-reference/_/entity/entitysetintensity-r163
cassius
Sorry. I got my thread wrong. Its not a light its a sprite I am using as a gun muzzleflash. I DID have a light as well but got rid of it until I could get the sprite to show then hide. I think if you put Show) and Hide() next to each other they act too fast and you see nothing. Slastraf
In the UpdateFootSteps method of the fpsplayer, it plays a sound with some time in between, maybe you should understand this method and write a similar one , only with a much smaller repeatdelay
