thehankinator
I think Josh would be the first to know if AMD has addressed the issue but it's been radio silence since May 16th so I doubt AMD has released a driver that addresses the issue. Refer to the "official" bug report rather than creating new threads http://www.leadwerks.com/werkspace/topic/14432-amd-msaa-1x-bug/page__st__80
reepblue
I think setting multisampling to 0 should fix the issue. But it's an "abandoned" implementation due to lack of support for post process effects. But if Josh didn't take that stuff out, you can use that for the time being. Josh
What I've done in the latest build (beta branch) is I set the MSAA setting to 2 by default when AMD cards are detected. thehankinator
What I've done in the latest build (beta branch) is I set the MSAA setting to 2 by default when AMD cards are detected. I think this change has made it to stable by now. Looks like 2 is the default but FPSPlayer.lua (which most people use) sets it back to 1. I'm not sure anyone will see the benefit of the change unless it's clamped at a minimum of 2.
Josh
Thanks for pointing that out. I am updating the script. Quote My job is to make tools you love, with the features you want, and performance you can't live without.
