blueapples
I'm getting this message every time I try to launch my game after moving the project to a new machine: --------------------------- Leadwerks Editor --------------------------- Project is out-of-date. Do you want to update the project before running it? --------------------------- Yes No Cancel --------------------------- If I select Yes, Leadwerks goes back to the Project Manager screen immediately. I reopen the project and it says the same message if I try to run it again. If I select No, the game appears to start up fine. What's up? gamecreator
Are you exporting/importing or copying?
blueapples
It's a complete copy of the project.
gamecreator
I suggest trying export and import instead. Might not make a difference but I believe that's the proper way to do it.
reepblue
Go into Documents/Leadwerks/Leadwerks.cfg, and edit this command to be true. ignoreoutdatedproject=1 This will stop that annoying popup. I'm really glad Josh added that in in 4.1 Makes working on projects less annoying. 1 Quote Cyclone - Ultra Game System - Component Preprocessor - Tex2TGA - Darkness Awaits Template (Leadwerks) If you like my work, consider supporting me on Patreon! Angelwolf
Also, when it needs to be updated and kicks you out to the manager, have you tried clicking the Update button at the lower left? Josh
If you zip them all up and then import it, I think it will update the time stamps so your files will be newer than the template files.
