Josh
I recommend using C++ and the RakNet library for this. Note that networking is an advanced subject! Josh
Nope. it is not easy! I plan to add built-in networking support later on, but I can't tell you how to use RakNet. gamecreator
I assume Steam networking works on Linux too. If so, this may be something you want to take a look at: http://www.leadwerks.com/werkspace/topic/9663-introduction-to-steam-code-in-leadwerks/ Edit: I didn't see that you wanted to use Lua, which I don't believe lets you use Steam.
