jdanek Posted June 9, 2017 Share Posted June 9, 2017 Hey everyone, I'm an old user of LE2 and recently got the itch to come back and make games. For the past few days I've been trying to fix a windows exception with no luck. I've covered almost every forum post on here about windows exceptions and intel graphics but nothing I try works, so here I am. My Problem: I can start up LE4 just fine and get into the Editor. I can click on any button around the editor, including the side bars and toolbar. I can even right click the viewport and move my mouse around, realtime rendering works too. But as soon I left click any of the viewports, the windows exception pops up. I'm using a laptop with integrated intel graphics (iris pro 6100) with the most up-to-date drivers (15.40.34.64.4624). I have already downloaded and installed legacy drivers as well as beta drivers to no avail. I'm running windows 8.1 and have installed almost every visual c++ redistro under the sun.
