gamecreator Posted August 20, 2017 Share Posted August 20, 2017 I'm using the below placeholder, a flat textured plane. When it faces right, it's ok but when I rotate it, it gets really dark. The light doesn't change at all. I suspect this is some material or shader issue but I tried a number of things (including using just a non-alpha diffuse material) and nothing seemed to change it. It's the same in the editor but I don't know what the light setup is there. Any idea what causes this? This is the basic light code (there is no map loaded, just another MDL as a level): Light* light = DirectionalLight::Create(); light->SetRotation(35, 35, 0); Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
