Dace
Hi There, Where is the configuration for the editor saved? I have found references to an 'Editor.ini' file in this forum, but so far I have had no luck finding it. I modified the 'Game Path' value in the editor, and now the editor refuses to run. Unfortunately, this means that I cannot change the option back to it's default value... >< -Dace
AndyGFX
exec lesdk.exe and update. All what was changed, will be returned to default. Dace
No luck with this unfortunately, my SDK folder is fine according to the updater. Is it possible that the configuration is stored elsewhere, or even in the registry?
Marleys Ghost
The editors config is in Editor.ini which should be in the root of your SDK folder, it is created when you first run the editor as far as I know, so if you delete it a new one will be created with everything set at default. [Paths] Game_Path= To remove the incorrect game path you have. Dace
Oddly enough, running the application as an Administrator resolved this problem... I think it was trying to re-create 'Editor.ini' and failing due to insufficient write permissions. An interesting problem, but one that is fortunately resolved now. Thanks for the help
cassius
This happens a lot. Is it fixable by Leaswerks? EDIT: I mean the editor path problem not running under admin.
