macklebee
hmmm... are you sure its the model? maybe something with the material you have? This model and texture supplied does not cause the standard 4.4 version to crash for me. Roland
Thanks for checking macklebee. Then it must be something local here. I created a blank project and added just that model and material. Placing the 'key' model in the scene works. As soon as I click on in the editor crashes. Oh well... I will reinstall Leadwerks then. Josh
The model is causing a crash in Newton because it is so tiny and its vertices are so close together. Scaling the model won't fix this, it is the vertex positions that are too close together. Scaling the model up and reseting the XForm (in 3ds max) will fix it. Roland
Thanks Josh. That explains it. Great Roland Strålberg Website: https://rstralberg.com
Josh
I added a check that requires any triangle have a minimum area but that will result in your key being unpickable as it is now. Roland
Yes. I understand the problem. Will make some workaround. No problem now when I understand the reason. Thanks Josh Roland Strålberg Website: https://rstralberg.com
Roland
Solved: In Blender I scaled it up 100 times and the Applied Scale. Exported again and scaled down inside the LE-Editor Now it works 1 Roland Strålberg Website: https://rstralberg.com
