omid3098
It's really annoying: min slop = 4 max slop = 16 results: Quote Omid Saadat OD Arts Blog AMD Phenom II X4 940 - Geforce 8800GTS - 4GB RAM - XP x86 AMD 6000+ - Geforce 9800 GT - 2GB RAM - XP x86 (Home pc) Intel Core i7 - Geforce 310M - 4GB Ram - Win7 x64 (Laptop)
L B
These slop angles are incredibly low, no wonder you are getting this look. The slope delimitation is supposed to separate areas, not paint them.
omid3098
can you explain more please? terrain is 2048*2048 with Altitude set to 500, I can get good results with paint brush by low straight. but painting whole terrain to make them all smooth is " "! it's pain.. flachdrache
are you serious?! Usually - no , however if you want speed things up for a first pass i would suggest so. You can preview at different scale and "keep one eye" on the terrain at the same time. For a final, beauty pass you most likely want to know every brushstroke anyway - or let people find some "ugly" corner. better suggestions always welcome, though. omid3098
I usually use that preview for big jobs.. not for fixing small details! and it would be better to work with low strength paint brushes inside editor itself! not to paint on preview window and keep eyes on editor! but thank you for your suggestion!
