Rick
Looking at buying a Dell Studio laptop that has a 1GB ATI Mobility Radeon HD 4650. Am I safe to assume this is enough to run LE? Just want to make sure I can work in LE before getting this thing.
AggrorJorn
If I look up some tests it gets good results. I wouldn't recommend it for playing heavy games like crysis though. Do you have a link?
Mumbles
Can't remember if my (old) laptop has a Radeon HD 3000 or 3100. It can can run LE - but very minimum settings in project wizard gives only 55fps. But the chip/card that you are looking at is most likely fine... Canardia
I think nvidia is faster than ati, for example in the Toshiba Qosmio series. cocopino
Radeon HD 4650 is the best low budget card according to this list: http://www.gizmodo.com.au/2010/06/the-best-graphics-cards-at-every-price/ Shader model 4.1 so I see no hurdles there.
