AggrorJorn
Although I like Euphoria a lot, I don't think it would come in handy for LE (yet). How many people are there who have set uo the basics for a shooter? Ofcourse that wouldn't take away all the fun you can have with this program http://www.naturalmotion.com/euphoria.htm ScaleForm looks nice. Didn't know it was used in so many good games. http://www.scaleform.com/products/gfx DMM (digital molecule matter). Materials break like real material. Although all these programs are great I doubt this is affordable or usefull. I mean if you can't program (or someone in your team can)then you are just having these cool programs on your desktop but you can't really use them for your game. Its fun to play with ofcourse but to wrap these things around an actual game is pretty heavy.
niv3k
well..when i get into college, i hope to find some positive people in class to start a team. we'll probably set a plan of what kind of styles we enjoy and how we can make one mixed genre game. so if these middleware products don't come soon, i hope later, because leadwerks is growing especially this year and i feel we have a great future coming for this community of ours. jockmacmad
Interesting note on the Scaleform FAQ :- Is there a free version of Scaleform available (e.g. for academic purposes or independent developers)? Independent developers and students can download the latest UDK from the Epic website here which includes Autodesk Scaleform. We have plans to separately release Autodesk Scaleform to the public for non-commercial in the near future.

megigames
LE needs DMM, speedtree 5, kynapse, and physX (and some weather maybe)
Josh
We definitely do not need SpeedTree. Quote My job is to make tools you love, with the features you want, and performance you can't live without.

Flexman
We definitely do not need SpeedTree. Indeed. It's good for consoles and the design tools are excellent but resource wise Leadwerks is way better having used both.
