stephan360
I just got my version of uu3d pro and im trying to install a few plugins. i download the plug in zip folder and then i have tried two different ways to get the file into the program. 1. extract zip to desktop, then drag and drop into UU3D application. 2. extract zip file directly into the UU3D application. It doesnt show up under plugins inside the app and still wont open skp format. (Google sketch Up).

Josh
I have no idea how they support so many formats so well, but I'm glad they do. Canardia
I have no idea how they support so many formats so well, but I'm glad they do. Unlike many other 3D tools, they get paid requests from the 3D format makers to include their format, because UU3D is already the best tool, so everyone wants to be included in that. It's kinda like marketing also. Richard Simpson
I use sketchup, and the plugin for UU3D also. If you use version 8 of sketchup, you may get an error if you try to open a sketchup model through the file menu. If you do, just drag the sketchup file over the UU3D window. This fixes it for me. Just a little tip for you incase it happens. Quote Intel core 2 quad 6600 | Nvidia Geforce GTX460 1GB | 2GB DDR2 Ram | Windows 7. cassius
The latest update of uu3d has a much improved gmf exporter which can now convert textures to dds.
