ParaToxic
Hey,I would like to make a kind of bullet for a rocket and have to rotate the rocket object in the direction of the given point(TVec3 position). So that I can move it in the Z axis and it would head to this point. What function I have to use? (That's what happen's when you didn't learn all the 3D mathematic ) Thanks
Benton
Is there no rotate-to function? Quote Windows 7 Professional 64 bit, 16 gigs ram, 3.30GHz Quad Core, GeForce GTX 460 one gig, Leadwerks 2.5, Blender 2.62, Photoshop CS3, UU3D
AggrorJorn
There is. It is the PointEntity command. It even has a parameter for slowing the rotation. http://www.leadwerks...ointentity-r129
ParaToxic
Yes the PointEntity function is good but I need a function that need the entity and the new position.I haven't got 2 object ,only one and a position
Marleys Ghost
look up AlignToVector or just stick a pivot at the position and point the entity at that.
