First time, can you make a game and sell games to Steam?

I will say this first, I cannot read text, book...  I lost a lot after a stroke. I learned how to make games when I was 7 (1978)

I can hear reading and text using text-to-speech, so that is why I my not find things that am searching for sometimes.  

the strange is that I can make games, but I lost learning books ?  anyway....    ?

 

I am wondering,  I bout this from steam, and am wondering,  If I make a game from this, am I able to make the game and sell a game to steam from this

this sounded wrong... Can I self a game that I make from this to Steam?  I don't care if I want to give free games or other, but wonting to know if I can from this (Leadwerks Game Engine) , let me know please if you will let me know.  Thank you very much

 

 

Also is there anything new from there people that do anything that is Lua, after my stroke mostly Lua seems to help me a lot ?

Yes, you can make commercial games with Leadwerks and sell them with no royalties due, ever.
