Canardia Posted January 21, 2023 Share Posted January 21, 2023 I suggest a SetDoF function, which sets the camera near and far blur range and amount. It was done in LE 2.5 pretty well. 2 Quote ■ Ryzen 9 ■ RX 6800M ■ 16GB ■ XF8 ■ Windows 11 ■ ■ Ultra ■ LE 2.5 ■ 3DWS 5.6 ■ Reaper ■ C/C++ ■ C# ■ Fortran 2008 ■ Story ■ ■ Homepage: https://canardia.com ■ Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
Josh Posted January 22, 2023 Share Posted January 22, 2023 In Leadwerks 2, all the post-processing effects were hard-coded. In Leadwerks 3+ and Ultra a post-processing effects stacks can be defined with Camera::AddPostEffect. This allows for any number of post-processing effects to be displayed in any order, and for new effects to be added. In Leadwerks a post-processing effect can either be a single shader or a script that handles more complex multi-pass effects. In Ultra a JSON file is used to define a series of passes the engine performs to render the effect: Quote My job is to make tools you love, with the features you want, and performance you can't live without.
