Entity origin

I do a lot of relying on a models origin point to accomplish certain important tasks.

I purposely aligned the point of origin on this wedge to the top as shown.

Now I export the fbx to the game directory. As you know Ultra must convert the fbx to its format.

In doing so the Point of origin gets center tot he model.. Im pretty sure this has something to do with you taking thumbnails of the images for the editor.. but it really wreaks havoc on us that depend the point of origin getting import as it came out of the modeller.

Upload the model? I just load what is in the file. Often times exporters will rearrange models or add extra nodes in the hierarchy.

My job is to make tools you love, with the features you want, and performance you can't live without.
