bigmax67
Hello, some time ago I bought "Leadwerks 2" but my laptop had a compatible graphics card (Intel HD). Finally now I have a laptop DELL Precision M4700 (32GB RAM, 8CPU, nVIDIA Quadro K1000M, Windows 8). Now, when I launch the editor, after a few seconds get an error "Editor.exe stop working." There are compatibility issues with Windows 8? Thank you.

Rick
Correct. LE 2.5. I just tried the editor 3 days ago and it worked on my Win 8 (was Win 7 then I upgraded). I know that 3DWorldStudio doesn't work on Win 8 but LE 2.5 editor does.
bigmax67
Hi all, OK, I have found the problem. Now it works under Windows 8. The operations to Do (1 time only) are: - Give Everyone = fullcontrol to the folder (and subfolders) where there is Editor.exe - Set the flag "Run this program as Administrator" to the link. - Delete the file editor.log - Delete the file editor.ini - Launch the NVIDIA Control Panel Now, when I launch Editor 2.5 on my Windows 8 x64, I do not get the error.
