Andy Gilbert
Changing ambient light makes no difference at all when calculating lighting. Andy The good news about computers is that they do what you tell them to do. The bad news is that they do what you tell them to do. YouGroove
Just changed brighteness of a dir light in the scene, it works and lightmapping changes, so no bug in my side and my version is up to date. You must have missed something or you have a texture problem : try developper default textures first. Stop toying and make games
Rick
Ambient light and directional light are different YouGroove. Ambient light is defined in the Calc light dialog. That being said it seems to be working for me. I'm on my mac though. edit: I did notice I had to click off the selected model for it to take effect on that model, which seems strange.
