All Purchase Information Gone?

Hi There, I'm using this forum as a support channel as directed to by the Contact web page...

 

I haven't logged in for quite a while now, and only happen to do so now to check on something, but when i go into my account I can't fins anything to do with my purchase of LE2 from a while ago now - no downloads, no invoices, etc., nothing...can this information please be restored?

It is likely your purchase came at a time before the modern purchasing system was implemented.

 

We also did suffer a data loss due to the server not saving backups correctly. The site has since been moved to a dedicated server with WiredTree hosting and they've done a fantastic job keeping things running right.

 

The Leadwerks 2 installer can be downloaded here:

Hi Josh,

 

Thanks for the link to the Installer, it seemed to have updated my version to the latest one (2.5).

This is only solves half the issue though; can my account info be recovered or regenerated so that you (and I) have an offical record of my purchase?
