cassius
I purchased a character model that is carrying a sword, a rake, and a broom. I need to get rid of two of these implements but don't know how. I did it once in uu3d but can.t remember how I did it. Can this be done in the editor? Josh
You could apply the invisible material to the unwanted limbs. At this time the model editor does not support deleting limbs, but it's a good idea for the future. cassius
Thanks. I will try that. Quote amd quad core 4 ghz / geforce 660 ti 2gb / win 10 Blender,gimp,silo2,ac3d,,audacity,Hexagon / using c++
ZioRed
You should really get rid of those unwanted elements directly from the model source instead of only apply the invisible material, first because they waste geometry and second because it could lead to unwanted collisions detected with the invisible limbs (I suppose that the material only does not render but the physics would detect them anyway). cassius
Yeah. I did this in uu3d by removing them from groups but when I loaded model into le3 they were still there. There was probably another step I should have done in uu3d but I don't know what.
