gamecreator
The only thing I can guess at the moment is to make sure your Leadwerks folder is at least 1GB in size. Mine is 1,832,383,796 bytes. Steam\steamapps\common\Leadwerks Indie Edition That would at least indicate that it installed properly.
DudeAwesome
mhmm my size is the same: 1,70 GB (1.832.383.796 Bytes) Quote It doesn´t work... why? mhmmm It works... why?

Rick
Did you try running it from the exe directly vs Steam? There are 2 dependencies with LE. OpenAL and VS runtimes. I've seen it where Steam, for some reason, doesn't run the installers for these 2 all the time. People have said if you run the editor exe it tells you what the issue was. DudeAwesome
jep I run the editor.exe from the steam folder and it said some .dll is missing from visual 2013 I-cant-remember-package. but this package was already installed and uninstalled a couple of times so it was confusing why it drops me that error. I installed the whole Visual Express 2013 Stuff and now it works. 1 Quote It doesn´t work... why? mhmmm It works... why?
Josh
The Visual 2013 redistributable actually does get installed automatically by Steam, but Microsoft designed it so that it doesn't always work reliably, is the explanation I got from Valve. More or less. Quote My job is to make tools you love, with the features you want, and performance you can't live without.
Josh
If anyone else needs it, you can get it here: http://www.leadwerks.com/files/vcredist_x86.exe (The Leadwerks standalone installer automatically runs this and OpenAL after installing.)
