Guppy
http://www.leadwerks.com/werkspace/page/documentation/_/user-guide/viewports-r678 Does not work WASD Arrowkeys Middle mouse Mouse wheel - / + Zoom in/out from context menu Works Left click (select) Rigth click & drag (look around) Rigth click ( menu ) This is really putting a damper on level building Quote System: Linux Mint 17 ( = Ubuntu 14.04 with cinnamon desktop ) Ubuntu 14.04, AMD HD 6850, i5 2500k
Josh
Once you right-click on a perspective viewport you're in free-flight navigation mode and the WASD keys will make you move around. Is anyone else experiencing this? What OS are you on? Quote My job is to make tools you love, with the features you want, and performance you can't live without. digman
Newest Linux update Standard (non-steam) 3.1, Ubuntu 12.04 64 bit. On my system all keys work accept for the "+" for zooming back in... The middle mouse when clicked and held both pans and zooms at the same time which is not the expected behavior. It should just be panning Zoom in and out from the top menu icons work as well... Josh
Unless someone reports this in the supported version of Ubuntu I can't investigate it. Otherwise I will spend all day trying to solve problems on a bunch of different distros. Quote My job is to make tools you love, with the features you want, and performance you can't live without. JedTheKrampus
You'll have to make Leadwerks work on 14.04 in a few days anyway, as that's going to be an LTS release and people are going to want to install it. May as well get a head start, eh?
Josh
Do they have a release candidate available that doesn't have to be compiled? JedTheKrampus
Yeah, you can take your pick from here. The images are a bit old so you'll likely have to run an update, but it shouldn't be a big deal. I recommend you set it up as a dualboot with your old Ubuntu 12.04 install so it's easier to support both, but it's your choice to make. Josh
Nice. Hopefully this will be super simple. It looks like we'll just do the software center and Steam launch with 14.04 then.
